The intended audience for the jobs available below includes both internal employees and members of the general public. For most SGEU (PS/GE) and CUPE positions, however, there is an obligation under the provisions of the collective bargaining agreements to consider all internal candidates prior to considering members of the general public.   NOTE:  For SGEU competitions for positions from level 11 through 14 (Permanent Full-Time, Permanent Part-Time, Permanent Labour Service, and Term work of 9 months or greater) there is no obligation to consider in-service candidates prior to considering members of the general public.  The assessment process for these competitions is merit-based.
